Stardust Turquoise is not responsible for lost, stolen, or delayed packages once they have been handed over to the shipping carrier. While all orders are shipped with tracking and insurance, any issues that arise during transit must be resolved directly with the carrier.
We are also not liable for customs delays, postal service disruptions, or additional charges incurred upon international delivery. Please ensure your shipping information is accurate at checkout; we cannot replace or refund items due to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.

Shipping Policy
We ship all in-stock items within 3 business days of purchase. Each order is carefully packed and sent using the shipping method you select at checkout. All packages are insured and trackable for your peace of mind.
Shipping times vary based on your location and chosen service, but you’ll receive a tracking number as soon as your order is on its way. If there’s ever a delay or issue, we’ll keep you informed.
International orders are welcome. Please note that customers are responsible for any customs fees, import taxes, or delivery charges that may apply in their country. We are not responsible for delays caused by customs processing or postal service disruptions.
We do not currently offer expedited processing, but if you’re on a tight timeline, reach out—we’ll do our best to accommodate where possible.
