Stardust Turquoise reserves the right to approve or deny any return or refund request at our sole discretion. This Refund Policy is subject to change at any time without prior notice.

While we aim to accommodate our customers whenever possible, we are not responsible for issues resulting from misuse, improper care, or normal wear and tear of our products. Custom and final sale items are excluded from this policy unless a confirmed error was made by Stardust Turquoise.

By purchasing from this website, you acknowledge and accept the terms outlined in this policy and agree to follow the procedures listed above for any return or refund request.

Refund Policy 

At Stardust Turquoise, we take pride in creating meaningful, handcrafted jewelry—each piece made with care, intention, and attention to detail. We want you to love what you receive. If something isn’t quite right, we’re here to help.

Returns and Refunds


If your item arrives damaged or faulty, please contact us within 10 days of delivery so we can make it right. We’ll gladly offer a replacement or refund once the item has been returned in its original (or near-original) condition. We also accept returns for non-custom, non-final sale items within 10 days of receiving your order if you’re not satisfied. Please contact us first to request an approved return number. Returns without prior approval may not be accepted. All refunds and replacements are issued at our discretion after the returned item has been received and inspected.

Custom and Final Sale Items


Items marked as custom or final sale are not eligible for returns or refunds unless there is a confirmed error on our part. Please review all customization details carefully before placing your order.

Return Shipping


Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless otherwise agreed upon in writing. We recommend using a tracked and insured shipping method, as we cannot issue refunds for items lost or damaged during return transit.

Order Cancellations


Orders may be canceled within 12 hours of purchase if the item has not yet shipped. Custom or made-to-order items cannot be canceled once production has begun.

Starting a Return


To begin the return process, please contact us at sales@stardustturquoise.com with your order number, reason for return, and any supporting photos (if applicable). We’ll provide instructions and a return number if your request is approved.
