If the item is one-of-a-kind, the piece you see is the exact one you’ll receive. However, for designs where we have multiple pieces in stock—especially those made with natural stones like turquoise—your jewelry may vary slightly in color, pattern, or matrix from the photo. That’s because each stone is unique, and no two are ever exactly alike. We hand-select every stone to ensure it captures the same essence, shape, and feel as the original. So while your piece may not be identical, it will still reflect the design and spirit you fell in love with.

Currently, we do not accept custom orders unless a specific product listing indicates otherwise. If a piece is marked as customizable, it will be clearly noted in the description. Custom items are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged. Please ensure that all customization details are accurate before placing your order. Any errors due to incorrect information provided by the customer are not eligible for return. Of course, if there’s an issue due to our own error, we’ll make it right.

If your jewelry arrives damaged or faulty, we’ll gladly replace it or offer a refund once it’s returned. We also accept returns within 10 days of delivery if you’re not satisfied, as long as the item is returned in its original (or near-original) condition. Please note that custom or final sale items are not eligible for return. To begin a return, contact us as soon as possible to request an approved return number. Returns without approval may not be accepted, and customers are responsible for return shipping unless otherwise agreed upon.
